Prime Silicon Wafers (Si) Substrates

  • Quality Grade: Ultra-flat, semiconductor-grade Prime silicon wafers optimized for advanced CMOS, MEMS, microfluidics, and nanotechnology laboratory applications.
  • Technical Specifications: Available in P-type Boron-doped or N-type Phosphorus/Antimony-doped configurations with high-precision ⟨100⟩, ⟨111⟩, or ⟨110⟩ crystal orientations.
  • Surface Finish: Certified Single-Side Polished (SSP) or Double-Side Polished (DSP) options featuring ultra-smooth <0.5 nm Ra surface roughness.
  • Standard Diameters: Locally stocked in 2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch formats, with custom semiconductor wafer manufacturing up to 12 inches (300mm).

SOI Wafers (Silicon-on-Insulator Substrates)

  • Configuration: Custom Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) wafers engineered with a premium Device Layer / Buried Oxide (SiO2​ BOX) / Handle Substrate profile to eliminate parasitic capacitance and leakage currents.
  • Technical Profile: Manufactured via advanced fusion bonding technologies for ultra-low defect density. Features highly uniform thermal oxide layer scaling from 500 A˚ up to 4 μm.
  • Sizing & Material Options: Available in standard 2", 4", 6", and 8" diameters, optimized for RF power devices, MEMS fabrication, and integrated circuits.

SiC Wafers (Silicon Carbide Substrates)

  • Material Quality: Production Grade Single-Crystal Silicon Carbide (4H-N Polytype) substrates designed specifically for high-power, high-voltage, and extreme-temperature electronics.
  • Key Semiconductor Features: Guaranteed low micropipe density (MPD<2 cm−2) with an atomic-scale smooth, epiready surface finish (Ra≤0.2 nm).
  • Sizing & Crystal Orientation: Supplied in standard wafer thicknesses with a standard 4.0∘ off-axis orientation towards the ⟨112ˉ0⟩ direction for seamless epitaxial growth.

Silicon Nitride Wafers (Si3N4 ) Film Substrates

  • Execution: Uniform, high-reliability Stoichiometric LPCVD (Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition) or PECVD Silicon Nitride (Si3​N4​) thin-film layers grown on premium silicon base substrates.
  • Core Engineering Advantage: High mechanical strength, superior chemical etch-stop stability, and precise dielectric insulation tailored for etching masks, MEMS membrane sensors, and photonics.
  • Film Thickness Profiles: Custom thin-film configurations available from 50 nm up to 1000 nm across standard 2-inch to 8-inch wafer formats.

III-V Compound Semiconductors (GaN & GaAs Substrates)

  • GaN (Gallium Nitride) Substrates: High-purity, crystalline GaN wafers engineered for next-generation optoelectronics, RF power amplifiers, and high-frequency power electronics. Features wide bandgap properties for exceptional breakdown voltage, high electron mobility, and superior thermal conductivity under extreme operating conditions.
  • GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) Substrates: Semiconductor-grade Monocrystalline GaAs wafers ideal for high-efficiency solar cells, VCSELs, laser diodes, and advanced RF IC designs. Available in Semi-Insulating (SI) configurations or Semi-Conducting types doped with Silicon (N-type), Zinc (P-type), or Chromium.
  • Crystal & Surface Integrity: Offered in epiready single-side polished (SSP) or double-side polished (DSP) options with strictly controlled atomic-scale roughness, high-precision orientations (⟨100⟩ or custom off-axis), and ultra-low defect density.
