• Returns are only accepted for items with confirmed quality defects.
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or opened consumables.
• All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include supporting photos or documentation.
• A restocking fee may apply for certain approved returns.

• Orders are submitted via Purchase Order (PO) checkout only for quote requests.
• Enter any text or number as your PO reference — it doesn’t need to be official.
• We’ll send you a formal quote and invoice for your review and confirmation.
• Once approved, payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) using the invoice link.
• No payment is required at the time of checkout.
