📦 Order & Shipping Support

Order Status: You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order dispatches from our Brisbane facility.
Shipping Times: In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days. For urgent or express delivery timelines, please contact our team directly.

📋 Returns & Exchanges

Due to contamination risks and the technical nature of laboratory supplies, returns are strictly limited:

Defects Only: Returns are only accepted for items with confirmed manufacturing or technical defects.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect item selection, or opened cleanroom consumables. All discrepancy claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

🛒 Payment & Quotes

We issue all formal PDF commercial quotes and pro-forma invoices directly to your email inbox.

Payment Paths: Once your quote is confirmed, you can settle your invoice securely online via corporate credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or via direct electronic bank transfer (EFT).

Institutional Terms: Official university and corporate Purchase Orders (POs) are gladly accepted with standard Net 30 terms.
