PDue to the technical specifications of semiconductor substrates and the strict contamination risks associated with cleanroom consumables, NanoFort enforces a highly regulated return policy to guarantee product integrity for all research laboratories.
Manufacturing & Technical Defects
- Coverage: Returns are accepted exclusively for items with confirmed manufacturing defects or order discrepancies.
- Timeframe: Discrepancy or defect claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Policy Exclusions
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect product ordering by the purchaser.
- Cleanroom Consumables: To protect the ISO-class integrity of our products, cleanroom wipers, gloves, and garments cannot be returned or refunded once the original packaging has been opened or compromised.
How to Lodge a Return Claim
- To report a damaged or defective item, please email sales@nanofort.com.au with your formal quote/invoice number, clear digital photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the technical discrepancy. Approved return instructions will be sent directly to your procurement team.
TECHNICAL DISCREPANCIES
If a wafer or substrate does not meet the technical specifications outlined in your confirmed quote (e.g., incorrect crystalline orientation or thickness), please contact your account manager immediately. We will prioritise a replacement or credit once the discrepancy is verified.
