RETURNS & REFUNDS SUMMARY

At NanoFort Group, we provide high-purity materials for sensitive environments. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and your facility, our returns process is governed by the following guidelines:


FAST TRACK: ELIGIBLE RETURNS

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Contact support@nanofort.com.au or your sale within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Evidence: Provide photos of the packaging and the product defect.
  3. Return: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return. Items must be in their original, unopened cleanroom packaging.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the technical nature of our products and contamination risks, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Consumables: Wipes, swabs, or stationery where the vacuum seal or cleanroom bag has been compromised.
  • Custom Orders: Wafers with bespoke specifications (resistivity, doping, coatings) or custom-printed logbooks.
  • PDMS Kits: Silicone elastomer kits that have been opened or partially used.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: NanoFort will cover the cost of return shipping for verified errors or manufacturing defects.
  • Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for change of mind due to the risk of material contamination. Please verify all technical specifications before confirming your quote.


TECHNICAL DISCREPANCIES

If a wafer or substrate does not meet the technical specifications outlined in your confirmed quote (e.g., incorrect crystalline orientation or thickness), please contact your account manager immediately. We will prioritise a replacement or credit once the discrepancy is verified.
