Yes! We offer free express shipping on orders over AUD $500. Standard and express options are available at checkout for other orders.

Yes. We offer customization for cleanroom garments (size, color, logo), wipes (size, weight, cut), and wafer specifications. Contact us with your requirements.

We supply standard silicon wafers, SOI wafers, and other specialty types including GaN, InP, Ge, and Sapphire wafers. Contact us for custom specs.

Unused standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items and opened consumables are non-refundable unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Our product descriptions indicate the cleanroom class rating (e.g. Class 100–1000). If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you select the right product for your environment.

Yes, we offer free embossed logos on approved cleanroom coveralls and smocks for qualified orders.

We accept Purchase Orders (POs) and secure online payments via Stripe. Supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. To submit a quote request, simply select the PO checkout option and enter any reference (text or number) — it doesn’t need to be an official PO. No payment is required at checkout. We’ll review your request and send a formal quote via email for confirmation and payment instructions.
