Our primary focus is supporting the Australian and New Zealand markets. However, we can facilitate international shipping for specific specialty orders. Please contact us for a custom freight quote.
We offer Express Shipping within Australia for all orders. For online order, express options are available at checkout.
We offer flexible payment options to suit different procurement needs:
- Secure Online Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (processed via Stripe).
- Purchase Orders (PO): Simply select the "Purchase Order" option at checkout to request a quote. No payment is required at that stage.
How does the "Quote Request" process work?
Select the PO Checkout option and enter any reference (text or number). It doesn’t need to be an official PO at this stage. We will review your request and send a formal quote via email with finalized pricing and payment instructions.

Consumables & Cleanroom Supplies Samples of our core consumables—including cleanroom wipes, swabs, and stationery—are available for evaluation to ensure they meet your specific particulate and chemical compatibility standards.

- Delivery: We dispatch sample packs from our Brisbane warehouse to labs across Australia and New Zealand.
Semiconductor Substrates Due to the high-value nature and technical variability of semiconductor wafers (Si, SiC, GaN), we provide a Technical Consultation instead of standard sampling. Our specialists will review your project requirements—such as resistivity, TTV, and doping profiles—to ensure the provided substrate is the exact match for your fabrication process.
