Yes! We offer free express shipping on orders over AUD $500. Standard and express options are available at checkout for other orders.

Yes. We offer customization for cleanroom garments (size, color, logo), wipes (size, weight, cut), and wafer specifications. Contact us with your requirements.

Absolutely. Samples are available for most products upon request. Reach out via sales@nanofort.com.au or use our contact form.

We supply standard silicon wafers, SOI wafers, and other specialty types including GaN, InP, Ge, and Sapphire wafers. Contact us for custom specs.

Unused standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items and opened consumables are non-refundable unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Our product descriptions indicate the cleanroom class rating (e.g. Class 100–1000). If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you select the right product for your environment.

We accept Purchase Orders (POs) for all quote requests. To submit a quote request, simply select the PO checkout option and enter any text or number as a reference — it doesn’t need to be an official PO. No payment is required at checkout. We’ll review your request and send you a formal quote via email for confirmation.
