These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Nanofort website and any transactions between you (“Customer”) and Nanofort (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with Nanofort, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after confirmation.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted online via our store using the Purchase Order (PO) checkout option. No payment is required at checkout. Once we receive your request, we will send a formal quote for confirmation before dispatch. 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free express shipping on orders over AUD $500 within Australia. Most products ship from our local warehouse; custom or special-order items may ship from overseas. Nanofort is not liable for shipping delays due to carriers or customs.

4. Custom Orders

Custom garments, wipes, wafers, and branded items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, unless proven faulty.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Opened consumables or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

6. Product Availability

Stock availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will offer alternatives or a refund.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “as-is” for professional use. We are not responsible for misuse or application outside product specifications. Manufacturer warranties may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nanofort is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business interruption, equipment failure, or loss of data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
